We do not manufacture, print, or ship products directly. Instead, we partner with a network of vetted, high-quality manufacturing and printing companies ("Production Partners") who produce and ship your final order directly to you.
2. The Shipping Process
Because we work with various Production Partners, the specific shipping carrier, cost, and timeline will vary depending on the partner selected for your project, the size of your order, and your delivery location.
The process is as follows:

Shipping Quote: All applicable shipping and handling costs will be calculated by our Production Partner and will be clearly itemized in the final project quote we provide to you.

Quote Approval: Production and shipping will not commence until you have reviewed and approved the final quote, including all associated shipping costs.

Dispatch: Once production is complete, our Production Partner will package and dispatch your order directly to the shipping address you provided.

3. Shipping Timelines

Delays can occur due to factors outside of our control, such as carrier issues, inclement weather, or high order volumes.

4. Shipping Costs, Taxes, and Duties
